The actors
Our actors run on, and are billed through, the Apify platform under its own terms of service, acceptable use policy and your agreement with Apify Technologies s.r.o. These site terms don't replace Apify's terms; where they conflict for actor usage and billing, Apify's terms control.
Each actor is documented to read only data that is publicly accessible without a login (for example a store's public Store API, a public product feed URL, or content a site serves to any visitor). We do not log into any third-party account on your behalf, and none of our actors request or require your credentials for the site being monitored or scraped.
You are responsible for how you use the data an actor returns, including compliance with the terms of service of any site you point an actor at and with applicable law (such as data-protection law) in your jurisdiction. We disclaim liability for your use of the output.

Integration Yard and its actors are independent tools, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apify, WooCommerce/Automattic, Shopify, Google, Bilibili, Weibo, Tencent/WeChat, Sogou, AliExpress/Alibaba, or Douban.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Self Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our actors, including inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in scraped or monitored data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or an actor after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
